
Who are we?
The International Organization for Telemedicine and Telehealth is a non-profit entity,
autonomous, independent and transdisciplinary, formed by a high-level governing body,
and efficiency; as well as members of high value and recognized experience.
It was founded in 2022 in Quito, Ecuador and is registered internationally as a non-profit organization with the Ministry of Health of Ecuador. OITT has managed numerous spaces for the promotion, adoption and coordination of telehealth and telemedicine programs through strategic alliances and collaborative work.
Currently, it has hundreds of associate and adherent members, and an international board of directors chaired by Dr. Omidres Pérez de Carveli.

Mission
To be a leading association in the promotion of Telemedicine and Telehealth, recognized worldwide for facilitating the integration to the digital transformation of health services to individuals, communities and institutions, applying through its high performance team, strategic alliances in different territories, collaborative networking, exchange of knowledge and experiences, as well as the creation of areas for the adoption of quality standards that promote effective health care, high access, safety and opportunity to improve the welfare and quality of life of people.

To actively promote the development and adoption of Telemedicine and Telehealth, in accordance with the standards, legislation and regulations in force, in full respect of the biopsychosocial, pluricultural and spiritual aspects of the territories, through the promotion, education and coordination of strategic actions between institutions, organizations and individuals of the public and private sector, achieving high levels of satisfaction in the internal and external users of the association.
